Descripción

The ball valve is used as a shut-off valve in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in steam, fuel and pneumatic systems with compressed air and neutral gases. Installation of valves of this series is possible in systems transporting liquid and gaseous media (water, oil, oils, steam, air, alcohols, glycol, etc.), non-aggressive to the valve materials. The use of ball valves as control valves is not allowed.

Pneumatic actuators Elephant double-acting rotary PA-DAXXX and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA-XXX are designed to automate the process of controlling industrial valves with a maximum torque of up to 2128 Nm.

The pneumatic distributor is used to change the direction, start, and stop the flow of compressed air in a pneumatic system depending on the external control action.

The manual override with worm gear and HDM reduction gear allows manual setting of the required positioning of the shut-off element by a quarter turn, acting as an alternative to pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual override is intended to provide the most effective and efficient solution for the entire range of manual override tasks.

The limit switch block is designed for visual and electrical signaling of the end positions of the shut-off element of pipeline valves.
