Descripción

Butterfly valves are designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for controlling flows in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries. Operating principle: The valves are opened and closed by turning the disk by 90°. Opening is performed by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise.
Pneumatic Elephant pneumatic double-acting rotary actuators PA-DA-XXX and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA-XXX are designed for automation of industrial valves control process with maximum torque up to 2128 Nm.
Electropneumatic rotary positioner is used to control pneumatic rotary actuators by means of electric controller or control system with analog DC output signal range from 4 to 20 mA.
Operating principle: The positioner functions based on force balancing. The positioner uses a nozzle-flap type device and a feedback servomechanism (spring and lever system) to balance the control and feedback forces when the pneumatic actuator (valve) reaches the position corresponding to the control signal.
