Descripción

The ball valve is used as a shut-off valve in heat and water supply systems, in steam, fuel and pneumatic systems with compressed air and neutral gases. Installation of valves of this series is possible in systems transporting liquid and gaseous media (water, oil, oils, steam, air, alcohols, glycol, etc.) not aggressive to valve materials.

PA-DA pneumatic actuators are designed for automation of control process of industrial shut-off valves - gates, ball valves. Pneumatic actuators are designed for operation both indoors and outdoors. All internal and external parts are anticorrosive coated.

Pneumatic actuators 4V320-10 220 V are used for control in pneumatic systems having NAMUR docking surface to install the actuators through through holes in the body.

The MON manual doubler with worm gear and HDM reduction gearbox allows manual setting of the required positioning of the shut-off valve by a quarter turn, acting as an alternative to pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual override is intended to provide the most effective and efficient solution to the full range of manual override applications.

The APL-510N-EX limit switch unit is an electrotechnical device designed to open and close the working circuit and to visualize the positions of the shut-off body of pipeline valves. In a sealed box, as a rule, there are two mechanical switches designed for voltage up to 250 V, which monitor the position of the actuator stem and signalize in extreme positions. They are mounted on top of the actuator surface. In the upper part of the limit switch unit there is a two-color visual indicator hemisphere. If the connected pipe fitting is closed, only the red part of the hemisphere labeled CLOSED is visible; if it is open, only the yellow part labeled OPEN is visible. This visual indicator is clearly visible from a distance, which simplifies the inspection of the equipment, and the color difference between the open and closed position reduces the probability of misinterpretation of information. Due to the use of the BCV it becomes possible to transmit information on the position of pipeline valves (open/closed) to automated control systems, which allows to increase the reliability of the system as a whole and simplifies diagnostics in case of fault detection.
