Beschreibung

Ball valves are used as shut-off valves in heat and water supply systems, in steam, fuel and pneumatic systems with compressed air and neutral gases. Installation of valves of this series is possible in systems transporting liquid and gaseous media (water, oil, oils, steam, air, alcohols, glycol, etc.), non-aggressive to valve materials.
Pneumatic actuators Elephant pneumatic double-acting rotary actuators PA-DAXXX and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA-XXX are designed for automation of industrial valve control process with maximum torque up to 2128 Nm.
Pneumatic valves are used to change the direction, start, stop the compressed air flow in the pneumatic system depending on the external control action.
Manual doubler with worm gear and HDM reduction gearbox allows to manually set the required positioning of the shut-off valve by a quarter turn, acting as an alternative to pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual doubler is intended to provide the most effective and efficient solution to the full range of manual override applications.
The limit switch unit is designed for visual and electrical signaling of the end positions of the shut-off body of the pipeline valve.
Air treatment unit is designed to clean compressed air from moisture droplets and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain the pressure value at the preset level, supply lubricant from the tank in the compressed air flow to the elements of the pneumatic system.
