Description

Butterfly valves are designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for controlling flows in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries.
Operating principle: The valves are opened and closed by turning the disk by 90°. Opening is performed by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise. The peculiarity of the gate valves of this series is the complete covering of the flow part and disk with PTFE material, which makes it possible to exclude the contact of the working medium with the materials of the main parts.
Electric actuators explosion-proof with explosion protection marking 1ExdIIBT4 quarter-turn actuators (type of connection to the valve - according to ISO 5211) are used for control of pipeline shut-off valves in chemical, oil, gas and power industries. The actuators are designed for operation in modes:
- short-term mode S2 with duration of switching on 15 min, with frequency of switching on up to 60 times per hour, for operation in automatic regulation mode not more than 600 switching on per hour;
- repeatedly - short-term mode S4 with duration of switching on 50min, with frequency of switching on up to 1200 switching on per hour.
