Description

The butterfly valve is designed to be used as a shut-off or control valve for flow control in heat supply systems, water supply, in technological processes in the food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries.
Operating principle: The valves open and close by turning the disk 90°. Opening is done by turning the handle counterclockwise, closing - clockwise.
Elephant pneumatic rotary actuators, double-acting PA-DA and pneumatic rotary actuators with return spring PA-SA are designed to automate the process of controlling industrial valves at a maximum torque of up to 2128 Nm.
A manual doubler with a worm gear and a reduction gear HDM allows you to manually set the required positioning of the shut-off element by a quarter of a turn, acting as an alternative to pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual override is intended to provide the most efficient and effective solution to the entire range of manual override tasks.
