Description
The multi-turn actuator is designed to automate the process of control of industrial valves, as well as to determine the position of the valve shut-off body.
The principle of operation of the actuator is to convert the electrical signal from the control device into rotary motion of the output shaft.
The electric actuator consists of six main units:
- electric motor;
- gearbox, which transmits the force from the electric motor to the output shaft;
- a control mechanism for torque, travel and adjustment;
- the mechanism of switching from electric to manual control (to switch from electric to manual control it is necessary to pull the switching lever);
- handwheel for opening, closing the valve when switching to manual operation;
- electrical part.
