Beschreibung
Vierteldreh-Elektroantrieb Elephant 003-060 220V ist für die Fern- und Lokalsteuerung von Absperrventilen konzipiert. Er wird häufig in der Gas-, Öl-, Metallurgie- und Lebensmittelindustrie sowie im Wohnungs- und Kommunaldienstleistungsbereich eingesetzt, bei Umgebungstemperaturen von -20°C bis +70°C. Das Gehäuse ist mit einem Heizgerät (7-10W, 220V) ausgestattet und bietet folgende Schutzarten: IP67, NEMA 4 und 6 sowie eine korrosionsbeständige Beschichtung. Die Einbaumaße entsprechen den internationalen Standards ISO 05211 / DIN3337. Der Antrieb verfügt über einen Asynchronmotor mit Käfigläufer, automatische Positionsverriegelung, einen mechanischen Handgriff, Thermoschutz, Vibrationsschutz X Y Z 10g (0,2-34 Hz, 30 Minuten) und ist für den intermittierenden S2-Betrieb ausgelegt. Der Antriebshub beträgt 90° mit einem Einstellbereich von ±10°. Die Begrenzung des Antriebshubs erfolgt über Endschalter. Der elektrische Anschluss erfolgt über zwei M18-Anschlüsse, die Stromversorgung über 220V Wechselspannung mit einer Frequenz von 50 Hz.
