The 25h945p VRg1-11M-LED-F control valve with unpressurized stem, single-seat bore with electric actuator DAV 1500 - 24B is used as an actuator to complete automatic control systems in heating, ventilation and hot water supply circuits, individual heating stations and other heating facilities. Control valves 25h945p VRg1-11M-LED-F are designed for hermetic shut-off or change of flow rate of working medium flowing through the pipeline at pressure not more than 1.6 MPa (16 atm) and medium temperature from +5°C to +150°C.
The body of single-seat passage valve 25h945p VRg1-11M-LED-F is made of gray cast iron (NC).
The actuator is an electric actuator (EIM) DAV 1500 - 24B.
The valve body has a nameplate with basic information about the product.
Connection to the pipeline is flanged with sealing surfaces B type 21 according to GOST 33259-3015.
Regulating valve 25h945p VRg1-11M-LED-F with electric actuator is used for cold and hot water, ethylene glycol solution and other media not aggressive to the body materials, the temperature value of which does not exceed 150 ° C, and the nominal pressure - up to 1.6 MPa.
The valve is controlled by electric actuator DAV 1500 - 24B. The force developed by the actuator is transferred through the stem to the plug, which, moving up or down, changes the cross-sectional area in the gate and regulates the flow rate of the working medium.
Electric actuator of control valve DAV-1500 is an electric direct-acting mechanism (EIM) designed to control two-way and three-way valves. It is used to control the position of the gate, stem or other regulating body. It makes it possible to regulate the main indicators of the working medium.
EIM is manufactured in climatic version UHL4 according to GOST15150.
EMM is not intended for operation in environments containing aggressive vapors, gases and substances causing destruction of coating, insulation and materials, as well as in explosive environments.
