Beschreibung

The ball check valve is designed to prevent changes in the direction of flow of the working medium in the pipeline in the opposite direction.
The shut-off element of the valve is a steel ball coated with a protective layer of NBR rubber. The position of the ball inside the housing is determined by the pressure created in the pipeline. In normal mode, under the influence of the pressure of the working medium, the ball moves upward and takes place in a special compartment in the valve body, without interfering with the flow. If the pressure drops below the level determined by the technical characteristics of the valve, the ball, under the influence of gravity, falls down and blocks the cross-section of the pipeline. The design of the internal part of the housing is designed in such a way that the flow of the working medium moving in the opposite direction does not displace the shut-off element upward, but fixes it in the lower position.
