Beschreibung

Control valve Elephant with pressure-relieved stem single-seat bore with electric actuator DAV 2500 - 220V is used as an actuator to complete automatic control systems in heating, ventilation and hot water supply circuits, individual heating stations and other heat supply facilities. Control valves Elephant are designed for hermetic shut-off or change of flow rate of working medium flowing through the pipeline at pressure not more than 1.6 MPa (16 atm) and medium temperature from +5°C to +150°C.
The body of Elephant single-seat bore valve is made of gray cast iron.
The actuator is an electric actuator DAV 2500 - 220V.
The valve body has a nameplate with basic information about the product.
Connection to the pipeline is flanged.
The Elephant control valve with electric actuator is used for cold and hot water, ethylene glycol solution and other media not aggressive to body materials, temperature value of which does not exceed 150°C and nominal pressure up to 1.6 MPa.
The valve is controlled by electric actuator DAV 2500 - 220V. The force developed by the actuator is transferred through the stem to the plug, which, moving up or down, changes the area of the passage section in the gate and regulates the flow rate of the working medium.
Electric actuator of control valve DAV-2500 is a direct-acting electric actuator designed to control two-way and three-way valves. It is used to control the position of the gate, stem or other regulating body. It makes it possible to regulate the main indicators of the working medium.
