Description

The wedge gate valve is designed for installation on a pipeline as a shut-off device in water supply systems and the chemical industry.

The wedge, connected to the spindle, is lowered or raised depending on the direction of rotation of the handwheel, closing or opening the flow section of the valve body.

Explosion-proof electric actuators with explosion protection marking 1ExdIIBT4 multi-turn GZ with a two-way torque limiting clutch (type of connection to the valve - according to OST 26-07-763-73), are used to control pipeline shut-off valves in the chemical, oil, gas, energy industries.
