Description

The direct acting bypass pressure regulator Elephant PRP is an automatic direct acting differential pressure regulator designed to maintain a constant differential pressure in the pipeline section where the regulator is installed. The regulator valve is normally closed when there is no signal (energy). When the differential pressure across the regulator increases, the valve opens. In individual heating point, the bypass pressure regulator Elephant PRP is installed on the bypass lines to ensure a constant coolant flow in the main section of the pipeline. Does not work in the absence of flow and in dead-end circuits.
