Description

Butterfly valves are designed for use as shut-off or regulating valves for flow control in heat supply systems, water supply systems, in technological processes of food, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper and other industries.
Double-acting pneumatic rotary actuators and pneumatic rotary actuators with return springs are designed for automation of control process of industrial shut-off valves - gates, ball valves. Elephant pneumatic actuators are designed for operation both indoors and outdoors. All internal and external parts are anticorrosive coated.
Pneumatic actuators are used for control in pneumatic systems having NAMUR docking surface, for installation of actuators through through holes in the body.
The HDM manual doubler with worm gear and reduction gearbox allows manual adjustment of the required positioning of the shut-off valve by a quarter turn, acting as an alternative to pneumatic, electric or hydraulic quarter-turn actuators. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The modular design of the manual doubler is intended to provide the most effective and efficient solution to the full range of manual override applications.
The AFC2000 Elephant air treatment unit is designed to clean compressed air from moisture and solid particles, remove condensate, automatically maintain the pressure at a preset level, supply lubricant from the tank to the compressed air flow to the pneumatic system elements with a large capacity range from 500 liters/minute to 10,000 liters/minute. The lubricator adds oil with a viscosity of 32 mm²/s (=cSt) at 40°C to the pneumatic system for further lubrication of control components such as pneumatic cylinders and pneumatic valves.
